What started as a passion for nails has grown into two thriving salon brands - MB The Salon and Coco by Millee Barton - each created with the same vision: exceptional service, high standards and a welcoming environment.
As a salon owner and educator, I'm passionate about raising industry standards and supporting the next generation of beauty professionals. I believe that continuous learning, attention to detail and creating a positive salon culture are just as important as delivering beautiful results.
Whether your visiting us for a treatment, joining our team or beginning your journey through professional training, my goal is to ensure every person who walks through our doors feel valued, confident and cared for.

Hi! I'm Shannon! I'm a 27. Hairdressing has been my passion from the very start, I jumped straight into the industry from the very start after leaving school at 15. I completed my apprenticeship and gained my level 3 qualification at Leslie Frances which gave me a strong foundation in styling and hair care.
Ive been based in Dodworth for 7 years, building wonderful relationships with my clients along the way.
Outside work life is just as lively! I'm a proud, devoted mum to two football-mad little boys who keep me on my toes. Balancing family life and my hairdressing career is what I love most and I bring that same dedication and energy to every client who sits in my chair.
